Sylvia is the wife of Ernesto who is a parapalegic. This family was struggling to survive on the $2 US a day that Sylvia earns washing clothes by hand.
They were lucky enough to receive a sponsor who sends them a monthly gift of food. This has made a huge improvement in health for Ernesto, Sylvia and their two young children.
